Return, Refund & Exchange

At SNOWGLOW, we prioritise hygiene, safety, and product integrity. All products are carefully sealed to ensure quality. As such, returns and refunds are generally not accepted once orders are placed.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable

Change of Mind

We understand that preferences may change. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, unopened and sealed products may be eligible for exchange upon approval.

  • Items must be returned in original, unopened condition
  • A small handling fee applies
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for exchange
